Having worked with many ‘parentpreneurs’ over the last few months, I’ve found that the most common obstacle start-up entrepreneurs face is how to create a winning startup without 'losing their family'...
Specifically, how to avoid spending every hour in the day, £1,000s of savings, and months that they could be spending with their families.
I've developed a 6-step approach to build your startup, that will allow you to lay the foundations of a successful startup with just 5 hours per week, and get validation of your business idea (real customers paying money) in 6-10 weeks.
This allows you to spend time with your family, and maintain (or even improve) your health and fitness.
How do I know it works? I've done it, and I've helped others to do it too.
When I first started out as an entrepreneur it took me years to create and get validation of my startup. Worse, I'd become a hermit - ignoring those closest to me, nearly losing the love of my life, and letting my weight balloon and become obese.
However, using the approach I've developed since then, my most recent startup went from 'idea' to 'gaining traction' in just 6 weeks.
Over that same 6-week period I spent more time with my wife and son than ever before, reduced my weight by 9 pounds (4kg), and still managed my 2 other successfulbusinesses.
Continued use of this approach has led me to:
- Increase profits of one of my businesses by over 2000%
- Lose over 3 stone (19kg) and get in the best shape of my life
- Spend as much time as I want with my family (including with our new daughter, born on the 21st December!).
