019: James Lavers – Why you should sell first, create later

In this episode, I chatted with James Lavers – fellow parentpreneur, online marketing guru, selling-through-video expert and founder of Lazy Coach.

I first worked with James as a client of his training and coaching programs, where I found that James brings a powerful new approach to world of online training that makes it better than most in-person programs, and supports participants to get real results.

I’ve also seen first-hand that, like me, James is a big advocate of selling your products before you create them, and has loads of great insights on how to do this effectively…. yet as lazily as possible.

I was keen to discuss with James why it’s important to confirm there is demand for your product before creating it, how to to get that confirmation, and what we can do to get sales for our product before it even exists.
Listen to this interview to get some awesome advice on how to get started with a new business or product, and reflect on how you ‘get in your own way’ when it comes to getting your first sales.
