In this week’s episode, I am interviewing Vicky Warr, who is Founder and CEO of The Beez Kneez (www.beezkneezhive.com) and Fitness and Healthy Eats for Mums/Moms and Mums to be (online, global).

Vicky is a pregnancy and postnatal fitness specialist and nutrition coach, with over 17 years’ experience in the fitness industry.

As a mum of two herself, Vicky helps Mums to be and New mums be fit, healthy and happy during pregnancy and beyond with her online exercise videos and healthy, quick family friendly recipes.

She also helps businesses retain their female talent with her health and wellness interactive healthy eating and fun exercise workshops. She is fitness expert for Gurgle Magazine, the UK’s baby magazine and contributor to BBC radio and consultant to Mothercare.
