063: Gwendoline Alderton – combine style, health and mindfulness within interior design

In this week’s episode I am interviewing Gwendoline Alderton.

Gwendoline is a professional interior designer creating stylish, elegant and healthy homes for residential clients. Her designs have been published in national interior design magazines.

She is also a professional speaker, sought after for radio, conference and private events to speak on her specialist topic of interior design trends.

Gwendoline transitioned from a senior I.T. expert to a creative interior designer and she now shares her personal stories in her new book, Memories To Cherish (How To Create Your Stylish, Healthy and Happy Home) to be published later this year.
